How we shipped
Journey mapped as inspect → price → finance → deliver. Trust UI patterns (inspection reports, warranties) elevated above promotional banners; dealer and consumer paths separated cleanly.
03 · Takeaway
Why it mattered
Nobody impulse-buys a car. The interface has to earn the next scroll with proof, not noise.
Used-car purchases are high-anxiety. Carsome’s advantage is inspected inventory and end-to-end flow — not classified ads. We sharpened product storytelling around trust checkpoints from listing to handover.
